Self esteem; key to Educational growth and development part 2

in the previous post we discussed some very important key points on self esteem and how a healthy Self esteem can be developed.
_change of atmosphere.
_The right association.
_The right diet.
in this post I'm going to be further discussing two other major points that can help you develop a better healthy self esteem.

_ Faith in yourself and also
_ keeping a track record of progress and success.

1. Faith in yourself
There are so many people that are so gifted, they have Great potential and talent, but some of these people don't really achieve much because they fail to recognize their ability and they don't believe in themselves.
No matter how gifted an individual is, if he/ she fails to recognize it and believe in themselves they may not achieve so much. No matter who you are and what you do you have to believe in yourself.

The best of every student can be seen when they believe in themselves and put in good effort to make sure they do better.

God created you with so much potential and you must recognize this.

lack of faith in one self is often sponsored by past failures and mistakes. This may be your experience, you may have failed many times in different things but that doesn't make you a failure.
You may be a student and maybe you didn't get the high grades you were expecting, I want to let you know that if you loose faith in yourself you cannot do better than you did the last time. You can be better, you just have to believe it.  Everyone who you see today and call successful also failed at one point in their lives, but they didn't let their faliure define them. Don't let faliure define you either.

you are not your mistakes, they don't define who you are, you can be better, you can do better, you just have to believe in yourself. Stop looking down on yourself and stop letting other look down on you, have faith.
A low self esteem has affected the academic performance of many students, they feel less of themselves and they just believe that they can't do any better, but that not true. I strongly that everyone can be better if they choose to and take the steps they should to become better.

2. keeping a track record of progress and success.
This is very important to Educational growth and personal development, it's one of the most effective ways of building a healthy self esteem.
People who feel like they've failed often forget that at many points in their lives they've succeeded many times doing many things.

A track record helps people remember the joy of their past accomplishments, it helps them remember the past and how they made progress doing something they really liked. It could be the little things but its powerful to keep a record so you can remember.
It could be the time you won a game, the day you realized you passed a subject and got an A grade, it could be the fact that you were able to do something you didn't even believe you could do. Such memories help you build more confidence.
Everyone needs to keep a track record. Every student that's really aiming for good grades and wants to achieve success must keep a track record of progress.

This is important in building a healthy Self esteem. You have to be intentional in building a track record of accomplishment and of success. You can do this daily, at the end of each day you can do an appraisal of your accomplishments that day, the areas where you need to improve and the things you need to do better.
As you progress and grow you need to learn to celebrate yourself and encourage yourself so you can keep building and developing yourself for more accomplishments.
